Disney Fun!

I have been playing again! I know, I know... I play every night - or at least any time I can! hehehe - Well, this weekend I decided to make something Disney! I made a "pocket" album. Chipboard covers, and 5 pockets. Each pocket holds a 5x7 card stock, which will fit a 4x6 photo on each side. So, the album will hold 10 4x6 photos.

It is so much fun to make one of these.. and you can do it for any theme! And of course, you can have more (or less) pockets. It is all up to you. The first "pocket" album one I made was for my neice - she was having a baby, and I thought that would be a perfect little gift for her. All she had to do was adhere the pictures. I used the cutest baby paper and embellishments.
Enjoy!

Stamp Camp

Last night I had Stamp Camp at my house. It is a total chick night - soooo much fun. My amazing and very talented friend, Jeanne Ciolli, is a Stampin Up consultant. She comes up with the best projects for us to do. Thirteen people were able to make it over. We had a blast creating our cards. We made 2 of each of the cards shown to the right.

Jeanne also made an absolutely gorgeous page kit using a new stamp set (Inspired by Nature) from the new catalog. OMG Isn't this the best layout? I love it... and can't wait to make one myself. If you are interested in a card kit - or a page layout kit, just contact Jeanne at stampwithjeanne@cox.net

I have picked up around the house, done my daily duty - and now my craft room calls! So, I think I will go play in my craft room... Not sure what I am going to work on - but no doubt, I will find something. :o) I hope that you are playing, too.

Garlands Galore!

Have you ever made a garland? I'm telling you - it is a little addicting! They are SO much fun to make... and you can do anything! I am trying to get ready for a craft show, so I have been trying to come up with new ideas. This is a garland that says "Thankful".

I made a couple of Christmas garlands as well. They came out really cute. I found this Debbie Mumm paper with penguins. TOO cute! I totally had fun making the Christmas garlands! I love the penguins in the paper, so used them as embellishments as well. Hope you like them!

Clipboard Fun!

I have seen decorated clipboards before - they are so cute... but I have never tried one myself. So, tonight was the night! I put on a couple episodes of Battlestar Galactica - got out a clip board and started playing!
I love the Two Scoops paper by Basic Grey... I love any Basic Grey!! I did both the front and back sides with Basic Grey paper (different patterns from the Two Scoops collection). "Believe" was done using the Journal font by Quickutz. I love this font!! The flower is a Sizzix Bigz die.
I was happy with how it came out. I am looking forward to playing some more! I think I am going to try and make some Mickey Mouse ones. Won't that be fun!?
